Manny GarzaHey, thanks for stopping by. My name is Manny Garza, and after twenty-five plus years, I’m still a dedicated student and practitioner of growing businesses with marketing that is creative, practical and results driven.

I started Mann Phillips Group in 2012 to work with business leaders and their teams to exceed annual growth expectations. Our clients include companies in telecommunications, healthcare, automotive, software, data analytics, large non-profit, media, event production, insurance, etc.

Before this, I spent over nine years as the VP of Marketing and Sales Strategy for one of Toyota’s primary marketing agencies and helped it grow from $10 million to over $50 million in annual revenue.

It was an exciting place, and some of the notable experiences that continue to drive my current work with clients include:

  • Managing a talented staff of 30 graphic designers, copywriters, marketing specialists, procurement specialists, research specialists, and marketing technologist to drive growth and profitability
  • Collaborating with Toyota headquarters and other agencies in the development of branded, behavioral, and automated marketing programs responsible for increasing ownership retention and overall satisfaction metrics of Toyota owners nationwide
  • And most importantly, forging a process driven bridge between sales and marketing to increase year-over-year sales.

Prior to this, I spent over ten years in the oil and gas sector, most notably working in Enron’s gas processing division. I was responsible for marketing and long term supply contracts of natural gas liquids in the United States and Mexico.
